Getting contact from someone at Evidence Explained

Forgive me for pasting my message here but I have been trying for days to contact whoever is in control at Evidenceexplained.com with no such luck.

I purchased a copy of the digital book but haven't received it yet after several days - can somebody please reply to one of my emails (check your spam folder).

Thank you,

Jennie Fairs,

Slightly disgruntled in Sydney

Jennie,

At the moment you made the purchase, you automatically received an email that (a) confirmed the purchase and (b) gave detailed instructions for the download and its installation. That message was sent to whatever email address you gave us.

Typically, when someone contacts us to say they did not receive this, the culprit is the one you suggest—but in reverse. EE's message has been blocked by the purchaser's own spam filter.

If you do not find it, please contact admin@EvidenceExplained.com.  Dan will resend the instructions and walk you through the download and installation.

Jennie,

I've backtracked and found your Friday order and your Saturday email. I understand that our Store Manager/Site Administrator contacted you as soon as he logged in this (Monday) morning and saw your inquiry.

I'm sorry that you could not have weekend service assistance. This site primarly exists as an education forum, with one content person (EE's author) and one part-time tech admin. The electronic downloads exist only as a service for EE users because EE's publisher (a long-established print publisher here in the U.S.) does not offer an electronic edition. Our site's steep discount (50%) is possible only because we price the electronic delivery at costs. Employing weekend assistance would increase that. Most of our users do prefer the lower cost to the benefit of a weekend help desk.
