I want to cite a newspaper article from a film from the Family History Library. The film series is titled, "Annals of Savannah : 1850-1937, a digest and index of the newspaper record of events and opinions, abstracted from the files of the Savannah Morning News." The particular film that I am citing is film #1613424, 1888, 1880-1890.

Is it REALLY that simple?! Could you please tell me if that is correct? I really appreciate your help.
Yes. It's really that simple.
Yes. It's really that simple. Your first layer cites the original paper. Your second layer cites the version that you consulted. You could clarify it just a bit by indicating that the FHL microfilm provided the image; doing so would prevent someone from perhaps thinking that the FHL microfilm was a separate source. This clarification is also simple:
"Larcenies," Savannah Morning News, 16 September 1890, p. 8, col. 6; image copy, FHL microfilm 1613424.
And, of course, if this were your first reference to FHL microfilm in your database or in your published paper or book, then you would want to identify what FHL stands for.
