Sentence Case or Title Case

Robin, if we copied the style of every different publisher and website producer across the world, our own source lists and citations would be a hodgepodge, no?  When we conduct research and write, we choose a style for our work and that's what we apply. That's also what every style guide will tell you; it's not just the practice of those of us who choose Evidence Style.  See EE4 §2.56–2.59. But also note the exception for manuscript documents at 2.27.
