I have searched the forum and the EE index and did not find anything specific on citing records/entries that extend across a two page spread of a bound volume. I have come across some volumes which may have one page number written in upper LH corner of the LH page, some with a printed number on LH page, some with the same number printed on both the LH and RH pages of the spread and some un-paginated.
There are numerous examples on how to handle the un-paginated volumes, but is it important to note in the citation if the page number(s) are hand written vs. printed? Should the citation reflect the entry goes across the two page spread?

Aha! You caught a situation that EE should have covered. Thanks for bringing it up. Yes, it would be useful if your citation included the fact that it's a two-page spread. QuickLesson 12 provides an example:
Pennsylvania Bureau of Vital Records, “Record of Marriages, October 1, 1885–December 31, 1889, Male, L–Z,” p. 450 (double-page spread), Tassell–Stearns, Potter County, 1886; Series 25, Record Group 14 (Department of Internal Affairs), Pennsylvania State Archives, Harrisburg; online images accessible at Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, Pennsylvania State Archives (http://www.phmc.state.pa.us/bah/dam/rg/di/r14-25RecordMarriages/r14-25RecordMarriagesMale%20539.pdf).
Leflake's query at https://www.evidenceexplained.com/content/city-cemetery-and-burial-records provides another example that underscores the wisdom of noting that it's a two-page spread because one page can easiily be separated from the other.
