U.S. military draft registrations

I have been looking at EE4 12.28 and Template 5, and I'm not sure if I'm including too much (e.g., serial number and thereafter) or not enough. Also, would I need to include the date of registration?

mbcross, the question "Should I include ...?" is an important one with everything we cite.

We study the document, we study the record set it appears in, and then we make a decision based on (a) what detail is essential for that document to be distinguished from all others in the set; and (b) what detail we need to evaluate the record and its content.  Even within draft registration cards, there are differences, so EE is not going to create a formula that must be followed without deviance.
