Citing to Declassified F.B.I. Reports

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to appropriately cite to declassified FBI reports that were obtained via FOIA.

The report's cover-sheet includes the following header:

To cite to pages 19-20 of this report, I came up with the below based upon the "Research Report, Privately Held" model template:

P.G. Travers, "United Hetman Organizations, Inc.," 19-20; Report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, February 25, 1942; selected and partially redacted documents supplied to author, August 27, 2021, by Federal Bureau of Investigation, Record/Information Dissemination Section, Information Management Division, Washington, D.C., in response to FOIA request.

Is this a correct citation?

Thanks,

-Dennis

Dennis, without access to the whole report to study it, I would not dare attempt to alter your citation. You have answered the essential who, what, when, and where questions and the details adequately explain the why (i.e., why should I believe this in the first place?).

Interesting source!

Thank you for your guidance!

Would there be an appropriate way to short cite to the "selected and partially redacted documents supplied to author, August 27, 2021..." etc. portion for subsequent additional documents that were obtained from that same FOIA request, or would it need to be included with each individual citation?
