Citation Issues

cite NARA or not

I am working on ICAPGen certification and I am using Legacy 8 Delux.

this is my citation

1910 U.S. census, Sangamon, Illinois, population schedule, Gardner Township, enumeration district (ED) 169, sheet 6A, p. 169, dwelling 99, family 100, Andrew Minder household; digital images, FamilySearch (http://familysearch.org : accessed 13 Nov 2015); citing National Archives andRecords Administration microfilm T624, roll 324. I have be advised by one of the Mentors that using the world citing should not be used. Yes use or Not.

1841 England Census and "the art" of working with my program

Hello! I am a brand new EE3 owner...had it about a week. Read Ch. 1-2 and will do so again but decided to have a look at a source I was currently using...the 1841 England Census via FindMyPast. And to be clear, I view the actual digital images, I do not use the provided "transcription."

The following is the draft of what I came up with in studying Ch. 6 and applying it to what I was using:

Find a Grave Citations

"Find a Grave", database, Find a Grave (http://www.findagrave.com : accessed 11 Octr 2015), memorial page for Bertha M Plunkett Minder (1877-1937), Find A Grave Memorial no. 22720566; citing Salisbury Cemetery, Salisbury, Sangamon, Illinois, USA;  the accompanying photographs by Gary L Otten; created originally and maintained by Marge, and are materially informative, but do not provide a legible image of the inscribed data.

Shoud I say no tombstone has be set?

Hospital issued birth certificates=family artifact how to cite in Family Tree Maker

At first it was unclear to me after multiple scans of EE (2015 edition) how to cite a hospital issued birth certificate. (BC) For example I have my own BC from a hospital issued many years ago ... a printed form with blanks for data, all handwritten about my birth date, time of birth, parents name (although just Mr & Mrs. MY DAD'S NAME) ... with signatures by the hospital administrator, attending physician, and one other unidentified signature, as well as a foil (bronze/gold colored) leaf stamped symbol for the hospital 'certification'.

Website with Multiple Transcriptions

I'm struggling trying to arrange a citation for a transcription from a website that contains multiple transcriptions from different people.

Normally, I would expect something like "Article Title," transcribed by <Transcriber>... but I don't really recognize an article title to use for this source. I've come up with this citation:

citing census substitutes Ireland

I'm working on a citiation for a census subsitute in Ireland.  As part of the old age pension system in Ireland in the early 20th century people were required to prove their age.  Without adequate civil or church records, petitioners could request a transcript of their entry in the 1841 and 1851 censuses.  The search forms are now available at the National Archives of Ireland's website.  I wasn't sure which template to use, so I tried the Archived Documents: Digitized.

Here is what I have for the source entry:

Church as author, historic or contemporary name?

Reference citing Church Books: Named Volume Held by Church (p. 311), would you use the name of the church as it is known today?

St. John-St. Matthew-Emanuel Lutheran Church (Brooklyn, New York), "Marriages, 1901–1905," p. 438, no. 19, Robert Burnside Ward and Mrs. Mary A. Peters, nee Kane (1904); parish rectory, Brooklyn.

Or, would you cite the original name as author and the contemporary name as the repository, even though they are the same physical location?

Newspaper citation of image received from second party who received from third party

This is my first time asking a question, though I have followed other questions the past year. I paid for some research at the Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center in Rock Island, Illinois. I received some wonderful image copies of newspaper articles/obituaries. I'm trying to now write citations for them.
