I want to cite the entry for Jacob Christiaansen of Zuidzande, but because this website is in Dutch, I'm not certain I have all of the elements needed.
ZeeuwsArchief [Zeeland Archive] (https://www.zeeuwsarchief.nl/onderzoek-het-zelf/archief/?mivast=239&mizig=862&miadt=239&miview=tbl&milang=nl&mif2=296&mizk_alle=jacob+christiaansen) > entry for Jacob Christiaansen of Zuidzande, 1857; citing “Genealogische Afschriften 810/2, 164-810 Emigraten naar Noord-Amerika en andere overzeese gebiedsdelen 1839-1900.”
Matthew, the basic format…
Matthew, the basic format for citing a database at a website is the same as citing a chapter in a book:
1. Author/Creator, "Title of Database/Chapter in Quotation Marks," descriptor, Website Creator/Book Editor if Appropriate, Website Title or Book Title in Italics (Publication place + URL : Date), specific item.
(See Template 1 and/or QuickStart guide tipped in front of book.)
Note four things:
(1)
In your draft citation, ZeeuwsArchief is presented as the title of the website. But what is the title of the specific database?
(2)
If one begins with the home page for ZeeuwsArchief, what path option do we choose, to arrive at the record you've spotlighted? When I start on the homepage and type "Jacob Christiaansen" in the search box, I'm told "no results."
On the home page, we are given three options:
You appear to have chosen Onderzoek-het-zelf. Choosing that gives us six choices. From there we have other choices. How did you arrive at the database entry for this particular Jacob?
Yes, you've provided an exact link to take us straight to that database entry; but it's a long and complex URL. Just one accidental typo would render it unusable and the reader (or you at a later date) won't have enough details to relocate the entry without more wrangling through the website.

Re: Translating titles from other languages: EE £2.28 "Citing Titles in Foreign Languages," instructs us to add the translation in editorial brackets after the original "other language" title.
In this case, you've followed that advice with the title of the website, but not for the other Dutch-language words that are essential to locate the item and understand what we are using.
Re the title of the website specifically, given that the title is also the identity of the creator, it would make for a clearer citation to use that translated identity in the Creator field.
Re your final layer (the "Citing ... layer"): Yes, it would help to add a translation.
(4)
Another missing item is the descriptor for the website, so that users will know whether you have acessed an image or only a database entry.
These four considerations would give us a citation that begins like this:
1. Zeeland Archive, "Onderzoek-het-zelf [Research It Yourself]," database without images, ZeeuwsArchief (https://www.zeeuwsarchief.nl/onderzoek-het-zelf/archief) > Path > Path > [etc.] > item; citing ...
