I have a couple of items that I'm having problems coming up with the proper citation. The information was forwarded to me by email after having been obtained from the civil registration office in Italy by a third party who did the translation for us. I've studied the communication and have used Google translate to make sure that I'm not missing anything.
The first item was an attachment to an email and is an official certificate from the civil registration office in Morcone, Benevento. This is an official document that is an extract from the birth registration but it is untitled and unnumbered. The more I study EE chapter 9, the more confused I become. It appears like a short form document (EE 9.40) as just the very basic information is contained. I don't think I can follow the example listed in EE 9.54 for Italian birth records because I don't know anything about which register or the title of the register that the information was originally recorded. I'd appreciate your tweeking my attempt at a citation:
1. Morcone, Benevento, birth certificate, (issued 2013), Antonio Doe, 1890; Ufficio dello Stato Civile, Morcone.
My other problem is that in a second email the registrar from this Italian comune provide us details to my person of interest's sibling. The email does not contain an official document but it does list the sibling's name, date of birth, spouse, date of marriage, child, and grandchild with current address in Morcone of the grandchild. I want to use this information in my records as it was gleaned from official records in Italy, but I don't know how to cite an email. The email communications were between the registrar and our translator and then forwarded on to my cousin and then on to me. Based on basic format on page 113 of EE, this is what I came up with:
- Michael Jones, Fairfax County, Virginia [(E-ADDRESS FOR PRIVATE USE),] to N.E. Palmer, e-mail, 7 May 2013, “Fwd: Fw: Posta Certificata: Re: Anomalia Messaggio: Re: Posta Certificata: Re: Anomalia Messaggio: Ricerche anagrafiche del nonno nato a Morcone,” Guiseppa Doe, Births, Doe Family Research Files; privately held by Palmer, [(E-ADDRESS) & STREET ADDRESS FOR PRIVATE USE,] Cincinnati, Ohio.
Any suggestions as to how I can properly cite this items would really be appreciated.

First, our apologies for letting this query go unanswered. We were away toiling in other vineyards and totally missed your message when it came in.
Second, any attempt to "approve" a citation for a record that we have not actually seen is frought with potential for missing something critical. That said, we'll offer the following general comments:
Citation 1 seems to follow well the pattern at 9.40, with just a wee tweak needed: the comma before the parentheses is unnecessary. (See our message just now in response to Russ Worthington's query at https://www.evidenceexplained.com/content/citation-formatting.
Citation 2 also well adapts the QuickCheck Model on p. 113. Just for clarity, I'll also point out that the words "E-ADDRESS FOR PRIVATE USE" and "E-ADDRESS & STREET ADDRESS FOR PRIVATE USE") should be replaced in your own records with the actual e-address or street-address. The small-capped words in EE's example, placed in editorial brackets, are instructions. Whether or not you use the acutal addresses in your published work would depend upon whether you have the permission of the sender.
