Citing a Photograph

I recently came across a photograph of my Great Grandfather, Walter LINDSEY, in an article in The Philadelphia Inquirer in 1903 (image w/URL posted below).  The article itself does not provide any genealogy information I didn't already have, however, the photo is the first picture I have ever seen of him.

I do not not wish to chance copyright infringement by posting this profile picture of my Great Grandfather on my online family tree, but, I would like to capture his image (making it private) in my FTM 2014 software.  And, I want to be sure to create a source citation for it.  First, FTM doesn't have (or, at least I'm not seeing it) a place where you can cite the source of the photograph when you upload it.  However, it does provide both a space for a description and notes; both of which I could use.  Second, while I have found several examples of how to cite photographic sources in the book "Evidence Explained," I don't believe that they quite fit; the photo is not from an archive or collection and not in the Library of Congress, etc.  And, this brings me to my question . . .

How do I cite this photograph of my Great Grandfather?  Do, I cite it as if I am citing a Newspaper article, even though I am not using the article at all?  Or . . . ?  I realize I may have just answered my own question - cite the newspaper article - but, I want to be sure that, that is the correct answer.

Appreciate your time and patience in answering a question of a citation novice.
