I have be advised by one of the Mentors that using the world citing should not be used. Yes use or Not.

SandyB53, EE uses the word phrase "citing ..." at times that we are regurgitating what the record provider is citing. If a document is imaged so well that we can cite the source fully without copying the provider's source data, then we do not have to say that the provider cited thus-and-such.
