In a Wiki citation, the time the Wiki was accessed is required. Is militasry time used or is "a.m." and/or "p.m" include in the citation?

DRSigman, you may express the time in any style that you choose, making it consistent with whatever style you use for your body of research and writing. In addition, of course, you'd include the time zone.

I'm still a little confused about Wiki citations. It says in Evidence Explained, page 694, "Because Wikipedia essays are continually revised, every citation must identify the date and time of the version that is used." Does the word "version" mean that I should use the version (time and date of creation) stated at the bottom of the page when I access it? i.e “This page was last modified on 4 June 2016, at 20:13.” If so, how would I identify the time zone from whence it was created? Do I also need to cite the time and day that I access it?

DRSigman, Wikipedia uses UTC time (Universal Time Coordinated / Universal Coordinated Time). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coordinated_Universal_Time

Regardless of whether you cite the "date last modified," the date of access, or both, you're not likely to be criticized.
