Photograph of church records book page

The church that has records of some of my ancestors sent me photographs of pages from the church's sacramental record books. The books have no titles and no page numbers. Would this be the correct citation?

Have you checked 7.19 "Church Records: Photocopies of Individual Records"? There you will find three examples, the third of which covers images supplied by a church official.
