I'm still getting acclimated to these short-form birth certificates, including those I've inherited. I inherited the certificate in the attached image after I had already ordered and received a short-form from the local office (and you so generously helped me cite a few weeks ago). How is this citation for the record in the attached image?

City of Albany, New York, Division of Vital Statistics, certificate of birth (short form), no. 1-299178 (1922), Marianna Maccarello, born 27 October 1900; inherited as part of the estate of [name], 2017; privately held by [name].
