Citation Issues

I've finally started to get a fair amount of my records cited, transcribed and filed. I have recently been reviewing my citations of ship's manifests, because (hopefully) I've learned a bit since I did them. 

In doing some of my recent citations, I've noticed the use of citation statements like "; imaging ...." This form was utilized on the forums, but I don't see it when searching in the EE book (3rd ed.) I believe the instance I remember was in imaged books of the Scottish Calendar of Confirmations.

On 2 February 2002, I ordered images of 4 statutory register certificates; one for a marriage and 3 for births. As was the routine at the time, the correct references for ordering the images was determined by searching the online International Genealogical Index (IGI) and submitting an order form to the "Family & Church History MAIL SERVICES". All of the images came from FHL fiche 6,035,516 (see attached order form image).

I've been all through the EE book and I can't figure out how to cite the following book.  

It was originally printed in 1948 in Wilton, Conn and the name of the publisher was not included.  The copy of the book I have is from the Library of Congress in microform format.  Using the Quick Check Models, I can't decide whether to use Book: Reprint or Image Copies Microfilm Publication.  I've uploaded a description of the book from the Library of Congress Catalog.

I note that EE sec. 9.56 (3rd ed.) gives examples for Scottish birth records, which gives some insight into how one might address citing other ScotlandsPeople records. I'm interested in how it could be adapted to citing the "Wills and Testaments" available on that site, since the noted citation format is far shorter than what I've been using.

Help!  I've been all through Evidence Explained and I can't make up my mind how to cite the following book in the Hathi Trust Digital Library.  Which citation model do I need to use?

Maryland records, colonial, revolutionary, county and church, from original sources, by Gaius Marcus Brumbaugh.  The chapter title is Tombstone inscriptions from the original church yard of All Saints Parish, Frederick, Maryland, page 265.

I'm familiar with EE 3rd ed. section, "2.56 Abbreviations, Standard." I note that there are some abbreviations that I've seen used in citations and which are not addressed. I understand that your list cannot show all the ones we may need. Is there a generally accepted reference for abbreviations, which might provide additional accepted ones?

Hopefully my query falls within the scope of this forum! I'm struggling to understand and differentiate between the various 'collections' at FamilySearch in order to craft an accurate citation...

I've tried to follow the lead of the example for, "Newspaper Articles (Online Images)," p. 808, 3rd ed., Evidence Explained.

However; I have some questions about citing the situation in which there is no author, an inadequate title and no parent collection.

Here is my attempt at citing such a case:

I have consulted your book and this site many times, but I am still confused regarding census citations.

In your 1911 England census article you state (paraphrasing):

Hi, all. I questioned someone about her citation, and she pointed me to page 389/90 in EE's 3rd edition. The problem I had with her citation is that she only cited the FHL film and not the original record. Here's what EE says under "Citing the Record Office" in the last sentence: "In your First Reference Note, you do not have to cite the original record office, because you did not actually use the original records, although many researchers do prefer to include it."
