I'm not at all sure how to cite this book.  See attached document.  The publisher is listed on the next page as Washington, D.C., Press of Judd & Detwiler, Inc., 1924.

Ohiogirl48: when I open your link, I'm getting one blank page, with a greyed-out citation sideways along the left edge (referencing both Google and HathiTrust), with "digitized by Google" and "University of California" along the bottom. Can you provide a working link to whichever site you used to obtain the book?

EE has examples for citing books delivered by each of these two entities. Essentially, you have a two-layer citation. Your first layer cites the book; the second cites the website that provided the book.
