Citation Issues

I'm working on a genealogy report where an ancestor's divorce made it all the way to the US Supreme court. I'd like to site the case in my report. The case is available online in several formats which include the background and the justice's opinion. Is it acceptable to cite the website or do I need to locate a law library and obtain a citation from a Supreme Court journal? The case citation is shorter than the examples for state supreme court cases noted in "Evidence Explained"--is there a format for citing US Supreme court cases?

I'm attempting to cite a digital image of a birth act within a birth register found on Antenati, which is the online Italian State Archives. In EE 9.54 (p. 480-481 in Third Edition Revised), it shares the following example for citing Italian birth registers:

I'm unsure how best to create a citation for a particular cemetery database for the Councils/Shires in South Australia. The database has been created by the "Local Government Association of South Australia" however they do not host the database. The database is hosted on each different Council/Shire website. From each Council/Shire 'search facility', you can search for a local burial OR extend the search and search for a burial from other Council/Shire areas. I am unsure about the source of the source on this one. Ancestry provides both the microfilm number the record group. I don't think I've seen an example where both are used and am unsure if both are needed and if so in what order. Appreciate your help with this one.

I recently purchased a New York State birth certificate from the Municipal Archives in NYC, in PDF format. It appears that although it is a state certificate that it was originally filed with the New York City Department of Health.

This is the citation I wrote for it but I don't know if I have all the elements in the right order. Also - I feel like if I lead with "New York City" it will be redundant. Hopefully I got this right but would appreciate any feedback on this.

I'm trying to cite the 1939 England and Wales Register (census replacement but not a census)

In the image below you can see how I've done. I used the Evidence Explained Quick Model (Digital Images International Census U.K)

However, as I'm a beginner and new to all this I just want to check whether I'm doing things correctly from the start. 

So does this look good to you and if not how should I change it or approach it differently?

I'm struggling to find where in the Evidence Explained book how to cite a Electoral Register. Can't find anywhere in the book where it covers this, I know it must somewhere.

My question is more of an editorial question than a citation question.  A website is treated as a book in a citation thus the title is italicized.  This is absolutely sensible.

I have an almost complete collection of family newsletters written between 1932 and 1953. EE 14.21 provides clear instructions on citing newsletter articles.
